Researcher’s Biography
Born in 1970 in the village of Kharab Ashk, in the Ain al-Arab (Kobani) area of Aleppo Governorate, he completed his middle school education in Kobani and then moved to Raqqa for high school.
He later joined Beirut Arab University’s Faculty of Law and completed his university education at Damascus University, graduating in 1997. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, he pursued higher education and specialized in public international law. He completed his Master's degree in this field and worked diligently to become an expert in it.
Receiving an honorary doctorate from British universities is considered a significant and prestigious achievement, reflecting his dedication and creativity in his studies and research. This academic recognition demonstrates his notable contributions to the field of international law and political science. He has a rich record of research, publications, and participation in scientific conferences, highlighting his role in spreading knowledge and enhancing our understanding of international law and global affairs.
