To all political forces, influential figures, and treacherous mediators: enough manipulation of sacred values and the fate of the people under the guise of “advice.” North and East Syria belong to their people — they are not a playground for settling scores, nor a farm for deals conducted behind the scenes at the expense of the security of its citizens and the future of its children.
We state clearly and unequivocally: from this day forward, the Kurds will not relinquish their rights, and they will accept nothing less than genuine national and political decentralization — an autonomous region with constitutional guarantees and effective local governance. This is our fixed national and political demand, and it is a legitimate course of action we will not retreat from, whether at negotiation tables or in international forums.
To those who rely on intimidation and threats: try to break the will of the people of this land, and history will judge you. Attempts to empty reality by force or to exploit deals and political smuggling will not change the geopolitical facts nor the will of the people in North and East Syria. Any threat of war or imposition of control outside the law will face comprehensive resistance and unwavering determination to the last breath.
We remain steadfast in our struggle for full constitutional recognition and a status that guarantees the Kurds their political, civil, and cultural rights. We will employ all legitimate means of pressure — diplomatic, political, legal, and economic — decisively: popular mobilization, internationalization of the issue before global institutions, holding accountable all who contribute to marginalization, and rejecting any arrangement that does not guarantee genuine constitutional safeguards. This is not an empty threat, but a full declaration of readiness to defend rights and existence by all legitimate means.
To both domestic and international actors, we say clearly: either participate in building a pluralistic and balanced Syria based on citizenship and equality, or bear the consequences of any political or military escalation resulting from imposing unilateral solutions. Any attempt to subjugate the region by force will be met with severe retaliation — militarily, politically, legally, and diplomatically — backed by popular support that cannot be ignored. Partnership cannot be imposed by force nor solicited as a fleeting gift; those who try to ignore this will bear full responsibility.
Enough evasions and hollow promises. History will judge those who chose partnership and justice, and will remember those who opted for exclusion and the compromise of dignity. Our message is clear — no negotiation on rights, no compromise on dignity, and we will uphold our positions with unbreakable resolve and firm policy to preserve existence and national rights.
